The final numbers climbed were
Munros: 283 (Previously 284)

This does not mean I have now finished with Scotland. Over 90 of the ascents have been made in winter. I can look forward to summer ascents of those peaks and try pushing my winter ascents from just over 100 to approaching the half way point of 142.

*You may have heard the term Munro but in case the other is new to you these are recognised as being 3000 foot peaks of the British Isles furth* of Scotland.

*The term ‘compleater’ is an archaic term to describe those who have ascended all the 3,000 foot summits listed in Munros Tables at the time of their completion.
